Thousands Flee Hurricane Isidore - The U.S. National Hurricane Center said the Category 3 storm could grow stronger and veer to the north in two days, putting it on a possible course for the U.S. Gulf Coast.
Israel has backed off in its demolition of Yasser Arafat's West Bank headquarters. But it is still maintaining a siege around the building and demanding surrender of all the people inside. Palestinian leaders have declared a general strike for Monday, appealed to the Arab world for help and called on their people to resist the operation, which started on Thursday after a Palestinian suicide bomber blew up a bus, killing himself and six others.
Comment: Keep in mind that it is an almost certainty that Israeli secret operations are behind all the suicide bombings against their own citizens that they use as excuses to do their dirty work.
Israel's foreign minister has disclosed that the Israeli Cabinet voted against a proposal to expel Mr Arafat before sending the army into the compound. Meanwhile international criticism of Israel has increased and the United Nations Security Council will convene to discuss the operation. The United States says the Israeli operation is not helpful to efforts to fight terrorism while European and Arab states demanded flatly that Israel end its siege.
Condoleezza Rice AKA Babylon sez: The US will be "completely devoted" to the reconstruction of Iraq as a unified, democratic state in the event of a military strike that topples Saddam Hussein. As the White House has begun to consider military strategies in Iraq, Ms Rice said the US would seek a swift victory by using "sufficient force to win". - Reinforcing the Bush administration's message that the values of freedom, democracy and free enterprise do not "stop at the edge of Islam", Ms Rice underlined US interest in the "democratisation or the march of freedom in the Muslim world". Comment: Well, why don't they start with their buddies, Saudi Arabia etc? Get the friendly ones to show an example??? Ooops! Sorry! Lost my head there for a moment and actually believed the hype. I forgot that the REAL agenda is to destroy all Arabs AND Jews and own their oilfields.

"A Matter of Time" is the code name being used by the Israeli army for the renewed siege on Palestinian National Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat's compound inthe West Bank city of Ramallah. -
Officially, Israel has not declared that it intends to deport Arafat, and the Israeli army has said the purpose of the operation in Ramallah is to capture wanted Palestinians hiding inside the compound. However, it is not the first time that Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon played a double game when it comes to the matter of forcing Arafat to leave Ramallah.
The Israeli army presented Arafat with a condition it knew he could not accept: the surrender of the wanted Palestinians taking refuge in his offices. IDF commanders in the field received orders "to minimize the living space" at Arafat's disposal.
Over the past three days, the Israeli army has destroyed dozens of structures in the compound, which had already been severely damaged during Operation Defensive Shield. The only building now remains standing in the compound is the one which holds Arafat's office. "Arafat will be stuck in a stinking, dirty hole," one senior Israeli army official said, with no small amount of satisfaction.
The troops have been ordered not to harm Arafat and not to enterhis office, but these instructions could change in the event of another terror attack, the officers were quoted as saying.
"A Matter of Time?" Israeli media questioned the name of the operation, stressing that "it may have been better to have named it 'Russian Roulette.'"
Russia urged Israel Sunday to end its siege of Palestinian President Yasser Arafat's headquarters, adding its voice to a chorus of condemnation from Europe and the Middle East. - In the United States, a White House spokeswoman said Israel's actions were "not helpful." -
The EU's foreign policy chief Javier Solana said Saturday he "deplored" the Israeli tactics. French President Jacques Chirac said he was "appalled" and France demanded an immediate end to the operation at Arafat's West Bank headquarters. -
Britain said it would lodge a formal protest with Israel. Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said the blockade was "not justified." Israel's need for security was understandable, he said: "But it is hard to see how the action in Ramallah will solve the problem of Palestinian violence." -
Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak sent an urgent message to President Bush to force Israel to end the siege, Egyptian media said Sunday. Arafat had asked for Mubarak's help in a telephone call Friday, presidential sources said. "In his message, the president said Israeli actions endanger stability and security in the region as a whole," the main state-owned daily al-Ahram said. -
Iran called on the international community to take immediate action to stop "Israel's wide aggressions and crimes." "This barbaric invasion (of Arafat's compound) by Israel is the continuation of the defeated metal fist policy," Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Hamid Reza Asefi said in a statement.
German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer urged all parties to "urgently use all their capacities to avoid any escalation." -
Morocco's Prime Minister Abderrahmane El Youssoufi warned in an interview published Sunday the deteriorating situation could spark violence by Arab peoples against their leaders. "It's a situation that provokes indignation and could turn into a violent reaction in the Arab world against Arab leaders,"
Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia quoted him as saying. - Saudi Arabia's al-Jazirah daily said: "Israel is seeking a powerless Palestinian negotiator willing to cede and it wrongly believes that striking the headquarters of the Palestinian leadership and isolating Arafat will create such a negotiator."

CIA and Mossad behind 9-11 attacks in the United States, sez Lebanon's anti-Syrian Druze leader Walid Jumblatt. Also Saudi extremist Osama bin Laden is an "American agent", newspaper reports said today.
"There are a number of questions on the authors of the attacks in America. I think they (the attacks) were a great coup carried out by the secret services. The CIA and the Mossad could be behind (the attacks) to provoke a new war and impoverish and occupy the Middle East," Jumblatt was quoted as saying. [...]

Revelation 13, the chapter which describes the "Beast" begins:
"I stood on the sandy beach, I saw a beast coming up out of the sea with ten horns and seven heads. On his horns he had ten royal crowns and blasphemous titles on his heads."
Examining all other references to beasts in the Bible, it is immediately apparent that, other than references to actual animals, this designation belongs to world empires. This first sentence tells us that this new beast is to be found at a distance from the area of the previous chapter which describes the Roman Empire.
"And the beast that I saw resembled a leopard, his feet were like those of a bear, and his mouth was like that of a lion."
Here we find that this new empire has many of the characteristics of former world empires as described by Daniel. The multiplicity of types also indicates the greater supremacy of this world empire. Possessing the military might of the Media-Persian empire as exemplified by the bear; the speed and cunning of Alexander's empire, the leopard; the mouth is described as being like a lion denoting loud and boastful speech as well -- self-aggrandizement and self-indulgence.
"And to him the dragon gave his might and power and his throne and great dominion."

Israel Tells U.S. It Will Retaliate if Iraqis Attack - Mr. Sharon's position has significant implications for the Pentagon, which fears that an Israeli entry would stir up Arab public opinion and make it harder for the Pentagon to maintain cooperation from the Arab states where Washington hopes to base American forces.
"When you retaliate, you really need to do something that is impressive," said Shai Feldman, who runs the Jaffee Center for Strategic Studies in Tel Aviv. "It is not that easy to do something impressive when a much larger American bombing capability is already in operation."
President Bush has received a detailed Pentagon plan containing military options for deposing Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein, a senior defense official said Saturday. - Gen. Richard Myers, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said a key concern of war planners is the possibility that Iraq would launch an attack on U.S. and allied forces in the region using weapons of mass destruction. He suggested that Iraq's means of delivering such weapons – by ballistic missile, aircraft or other means – would be among the priority targets at the outset of a U.S. attack.

An estimated 110 people are feared dead after an avalanche roared through villages and resort camps in the southern Russian republic of North Ossetia.
The military operation to isolate Arafat began hours after a suicide bombing on a bus Thursday in Tel Aviv left six people and the attacker dead. An Israeli policeman was also killed Wednesday in a suicide bombing at a bus stop near the Israeli town of Umm el-Fahm.

The Bush administration outlines a new aggressive national security policy. The 33-page document, mandated by Congress, declared the United States must adapt its forces and planning towards favouring pre-emptive action against hostile states that possess, or are developing, weapons of mass destruction, as well as targeting terrorist groups. The report reflects many of the policy arguments that have emerged since last year's September 11 terror strikes on the U.S., and are central to the Bush White House arguments in favor of an aggressive policy of confrontation with Iraq.
Scientists question Bush case against Iraq - One of the key pieces of "evidence" in the Bush administration's case for military action against Saddam Hussein is being questioned by a number of leading US scientists. It is also alleged that the administration is silencing dissent among its own analysts who have raised questions. - The discovery of the tubes – which were intercepted en route to Iraq – was leaked to a leading American newspaper. Vice-President Dick Cheney went on a television talk show to say the tubes were evidence that President Saddam was "actively and aggressively" trying to develop a nuclear programme. - But a report from the Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS) says such claims cannot be made.

Reader reports: It was a multi stage launch from Vandenberg. They announce that sort of thing on the news out here. Many of the launch vehicles are the same as ICBMs without the warheads....different payloads. They also launch the Star Wars test interceptor missiles from Vandenberg too. Earth's new satellite is most likely the third stage of a massive Saturn V rocket that lifted Apollo 12 astronauts to the moon in November 1969, according to astronomers at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. Comment: You know, I just wonder about all the "explanations" for this object in orbit around our planet. Especially when considered in conjunction of the odd report above of an "ICBM." Recent political and military activity suggests that the world powers are jockeying for position as if the return of Planet X is imminent. The stakes are high. Comment: This author has some interesting things to say about the matter, though he and Sitchin don't have either a grip on the hyperdimensional nature of the problem, nor do they have the advantage of the C's for info on these subjects.
Regarding the Global Elite behind the 9-11 event and its obvious schedule:
Q: Since we know from Dolan that the real "elite" are not those who form our visible government, do any of those in the White House have awareness of the REAL reason these plans are being driven at this time?
A: The White House knows little of what transpires in any case.
Q: Well, how can it be that there is an obvious global conspiracy, with countries that appear to be in opposition that are actually working in concert? Who are the members of this global conspiracy? Who is driving them?
A: At those levels, there is only one "Master."
Q: How can they control not only America, but China, Russia, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and all the rest? What "levels" do you mean?
A: Levels that can hand down orders to bury or suppress. Those who are at that level have been bought and paid for by both giving knowledge of upcoming cataclysmic events, and promised survival and positions of power after. It is not difficult to realize that there is a body of such types in positions of power already. Power is not only attractive to such types, they are the kind most easily courrpted by it.
William Henry suggests that the Global Elite are "looking for something." This is something that we realized a long time ago, and we also realized that there are endless false clues and blind alleys in the maze designed deliberately to foil ego driven researchers. Those readers who have read the Adventures Series, and some of the supplemental material which suggests efforts of various "agents" to use the C's to gain knowledge of or access to something variously called the Ark or the Grail, have probably read the Mirror Session in which these attempts culminated in the C's intervention to show me the true objectives of the agents. I am sure that those of you who read this material wondered if we ever followed it up. As it happens, we did.

Q: (L) We were making some theories about this object that VB was looking for - the Ark of the Covenant, or the Holy Grail. I believe that we understand that this is an object that is of great usefulness, some kind of lensing device. Is that correct?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) Is this something that the STS groups - yeah, we know everybody on earth is STS, but I mean the heavy duty ones - had at one time and then lost, or lost control of?
A: Yes.
Q: (L) How did they lose it?
A: It was not so much "lost" as it was "retrieved" and put away for safe keeping.
Q: (R & L) Who retrieved it?
A: 4th density STO mission.
Q: (L) Who is that is looking for it? Is it 3rd density STS or 4th density?
A: Both.
Q: (L) If it is a 3rd density device why do 4th density critters want it?
A: It is a trans-density device.
Q: (L) Well if 4th density STS are so technically advanced how come they can't just make another one?
A: This item is tuned by consciousness. It is of such a frequency that STS gifts are not capable of such precision. The range includes multiple possibility vectors. STS operates within a narrow range.
Q: (R) So they can't make it, but they can use it. So they have to find one that is already created. (L) Is that possible? (A) Operated by consciousness. (L)They said tuned not operated. First of all we want to ask whether they mean tuned as in tuned when it was created or as tuned as in using. (A) There is this scenario that they will wait until the STO guy will find it and tune it, and still only then they will jump on 'em. (L) Right. Do you mean tuned as in the tuning of the creation or the tuning of the operation?
A: Creation.
Q: (A) Okay. Once it is tuned, it is tuned, right? (R) Yeah. And if it was similar to our [computer] simulation then tuning is done by exposing it to similar frequencies. (L) Or maybe assembling it by virtue of frequencies that are produced. But it still needs to be established whether or not they can see it. So we have theorized that the reason they can't find it, the only reason we can see for why they can't find it, is because for some reason it is protected by something and that they don't know where it is either. Is this correct?
A: Mostly. They have a general idea.
Q: What specifically prevents them from isolating the exact spot and getting it?
A: Occlusion.
Q: (A) What is occlusion? (R) I think that's similar to...
A: Frequency fence.
Q: (R) Which is similar to what we've been talking about. If you don't have the same frequency it's... (L) Or they can set a frequency around it that these guys can't tune to and can't penetrate. (R) It becomes invisible in some sense. (L) But they can still in some way detect a region or something. But it can be like noise or something maybe; so much noise that they can't isolate the signal. Is this the reason these people keep coming after us, because they want us to help them find this thing? Is this the reason?
A: More or less. Though not the only one.
Q: (R) Well I guess another major reason is just to disrupt in general. So more or less yes, but there are other reasons. Well JW said that they now think that Frank is going to help them find it, that he is a channel for Set. (A) We don't know if this is true. What JW says about their hopes about Frank. If that were true they would already have Frank they would be busy with Frank and they would be leaving us alone. So, I don't think it is so important. (L) I don't either. It was just bait tossed out by JW. (R) I was wondering about the possible positive uses of the device?
A: Multiple. In ancient times this object was called the Gift of God. It was used to aid in the manifestation of all things needful for existence.
Q: (A) Manifestation? (R) That sounds like Merkabah. The Matriarch Stone. The Mother Stone. (A) So it can do all kinds of things... (R ) Is this the Merkabah?
A: Mother Stone, yes.
Q: (R) So that's it! This is the real meaning of the Merkabah. Pretty neat. And there is only one of these available. This puts a very strange aspect on all this. (L) Where was it created?

Q: Was this what was used to help transport the Kantekkians to Earth at the time of the destruction of their planet?

It seems to relate back to the discussions you had about the tetrahedrons and the hexagons? (A) Yeah, so that's a funny thing that I was using, tetrahedrons for this quantum simulation, before knowing much about it. So question is: what they are they good for maybe they are important or maybe not. For instance these people - these sacred geometry people or whoever - they think that these solids - 200 cells or 600 cells - are for some reason important. Right. They have no idea for what reason, they think they know.
A: Such polytopes are end products not initiators.
Q: (R) So something else is initiating it and it results in the polytopes. What do the fractal patterns represent?

A: Frequency awareness boundaries.

A: 7th density nature/divisions.
Q: (A) Okay, so there is this general -what Gurdjieff calls worlds - he had a very good description. (R) Okay so my question would be if consciousness, for example us three in this room, are we interacting with reality through 7th density which uses these frequency awareness boundaries?
A: 7th density interacts with divisions through you.
Q: (R) Ah! So it is not us interacting with reality through 7th density it's the other way around. 7th density is interacting with the concept of divisions through us. (A) That is how it works. (L) We're it. (R) We are the interface. (R) Of course, duh! (L) We could've had a V-8. (A) When I was looking for the right keywords for the piece I am writing, I came across this Matti Pitkanen. And I started to read. And he had all the things that were in my mind or were mentioned by the C's or that I was asking C's...(L) So did Dan Winter. (A) Well, Matti is a physicist! (L) So is Dan Winter according to his own claims. (A) Ouch! [Laughter] So Matti had all the right things and he knew math; p-adic numbers I learned from him. Complexification, dimensions, quantum jumps even. Where is he getting all this? What makes him to resonate to all the right things? I don't understand what such people do, how they come along with all these things.

Comment: Well, based on what the Bush Regime is likely to bring down on our heads, I guess a lot of Americans are going to have their DNA receptors turned on... I wish there was another way...
Reader Sez: It was with some difficulty that I forced myself to read Whitley's most recent journal entry. Apparently, he has changed his tune a bit about just holding freedom in your heart to having hope that anti-gravity technology will save us all, by transporting us to the stars. The Path is just the ticket to help develop our souls so that we can be ready to reach for the stars to be equals with our prison guards. Why anyone would think they would be chosen to go to the stars in military technology is beyond me.
